What's Included in the $450 Flat Rate?
Our flat rate covers everything you need for a standard residential or commercial cleanout:
- Delivery — We bring the dumpster to your address (free within 15 miles of Stuart)
- 15-yard roll-off container — Fits roughly 4–5 pickup truck loads of debris
- 2 tons of material weight — Covers most home cleanouts, roofing jobs, and renovation projects
- Pickup — We come back and haul it away when you're done

What Adds to the Cost?
Delivery distance beyond 15 miles
We charge $2.50/mile for deliveries more than 15 miles from Stuart. So if you're in Port St. Lucie (about 18 miles), you'd pay approximately $7.50 extra. Jupiter or Tequesta runs about $30–37. We'll always quote the exact delivery charge before you book.
Weight over 2 tons
If your load is heavier than 2 tons — think concrete, dirt, roofing shingles, or a full house cleanout — there's an overage charge based on actual weight at the transfer station. We'll let you know if your load looks heavy before pickup so there are no surprises.
Heavy materials
Concrete, dirt, brick, and asphalt are denser than typical debris and fill the weight limit faster. If you're disposing of these materials, call us first and we can advise on the best approach.

What Can I Put in the Dumpster?
Accepted: Household junk, furniture, appliances, roofing shingles, lumber, drywall, carpet, yard debris, renovation debris, general construction waste.
Not accepted: Hazardous waste, paint, chemicals, tires, batteries, asbestos, medical waste. These require special disposal — call us if you're unsure.

No. Same-day delivery is available at no extra charge, subject to availability. Call early in the day to guarantee a same-day slot.
What if I need more than one dumpster?

Do I need a permit to put a dumpster on the street?
If the dumpster sits entirely on your private property (driveway, yard), no permit is needed. If it needs to go on a public street or sidewalk, check with Martin County or your municipality first. We can advise based on your location.
How full can I fill the dumpster?
Fill it to the rim of the container — just don't stack material above the top edge. Overfilled loads can't be safely transported and we may need to remove excess debris before pickup.
Do you serve areas outside of Stuart?
